Unfair grading

Oh gosh! I got 40% from the last test but nooo, not because I haven't spent enough time on studying. In fact, I read and understood the whole 300p book... the problem is the lecturer - he cannot teach!!! 99% of my knowledge from this course comes from the book, 1% from his lectures...
