Stinking purse

I've been recently in Marrakesh. I wanted to buy some nice thing for myself and I chose a nice, leather purse. It was rather cheap compared to other ones the guy proposed me so I bought it. The problem is that IT STINKS!! The leather looks good and fresh but I can't stand the smell... it sucks! What should I do?
