Snoring roommate

I'm an exchange student in Europe now... I can't afford paying for the whole apartment so I rented a ROOM with some guy I didn't know before. He seemed nice so I said, why not? He's still ok BUT he's snoring! He's really super loud! I don't know what to do... I can't sleeeep AT ALL...
