Friday 13 and French people

I work as IT consultant in one of the big companies. My job is to help clients with IT stuff. Today, a French guy called and wanted me to help him with this stupid Outlook 2007 software. I needed ONE HOUR to explain him what he should do to get the thing running. After 40 mins the only thing I wanted to say was "Click this F..... button!"...
