Days of my town

We had town days 2 (TWO) days ago. Today, my friend came with his kids (4 and 6 years old). He had to leave them for 2 hours so he asked me to take care of them. We went to town center... what did I see there? The city FULL OF BEER BOTTLES and CIGARETTES butts... What am I supposed to say to the kid asking what are all these bottles?
