Broken lights

Crap. I was waiting for a green light yesterday at one of the junctions in my city. I was standing still while everyone was crissing the street althought it was red light... everyone means 8 years old kids and 60yo grannies... After 20 mins (sic) some kid told me the light are broken and its ok to cross the street now...
